After 6 years of helping providers in the helping professions with their websites, I made a strategic pivot and started creating websites and online marketing for larger organizations. The name “Pint Sized Sites” no longer fit the mission of the web design business.
Kattero was born.

The name means nothing. It began with my interns, 2 long haired rescue cats know as ‘the kittens’ and the name morphed from there. kittens to kit-tens to kitterro to kattero. Plus, the domain name was available and I just like the way it sounds.
Helping Organizations that Help People
I’ve always loved working with people whose motivations were to help people, rather than to make a quick buck. Massage therapists, psychotherapists, oncology massage instructors, local trade schools, an inclusive church, a small community library, a local credit union are among the most recent clients. These folks understand why they show up to work each day and leave feeling fulfilled at the end of the week.
I want to contribute to the world by helping them reach the people who need their help.
Success brings change
Over 6 years, I’ve moved from doing small, template based designs to more complex websites and marketing. This has meant that I’ve priced myself out of the market of small solo providers. I made the decision to create a new web design company, Kattero, which will build on the work I’ve done with nonprofits and small, local organizations. Pint Sized Sites is being re-tooled for the small solo providers as a resource to help them DIY their online presence.
Why nonprofits?
I’ve always been politically active and an advocate of women’s issues, environmental issues, power efficiency, and social justice. Nonprofits are some of my favorite clients. They know who they serve, they understand their mission and they are passionate about their work. With the changes in the political environment, many of the people they serve are under attack and the nonprofits are needed now, more than ever.
I want to help them reach out to their communities, connect with the people they serve, connect with volunteers and donors. Let’s work together to make a difference.
